Learn about me at work

Why I do what I do...

I enjoy working with individuals with similar goals as myself. I took on the office management role with Majors & Mondragon to evaluate and implement processes and procedures that strengthen the working environment.

 Before M&M...

I started my career over 15 years ago as an administrative assistant for AIG VALIC. My drive and success to grow was accelerated while being exposed to a variety of roles within the company and industry. For over 10 years, I found great interest in the oil and gas industry. I have served as an administration manager for Davis Gulf and a director of operations for DS Chemicals. I have always thrived for growth in my career path and enjoyed all the management roles I have held.

The best part about my career...

is grasping many concepts of the financial world that are invaluable to my everyday life as well as my career. Being able to further my education and licenses in order to be able to best serve the team in which I lead.

The best piece of financial advice I have received...

is that there is no such thing as too much planning.

I’m passionate about...

leading by example. I put this into place at home, at work, with friends, and with family.

My favorite quote is...

“Enjoy the little things. One day you may look back and realize . . . they were the big things.”

If I could meet anyone, past or present, it would be...
